Our team is passionate about empowering artists or those who have an art practice or are just starting their creative journey to thrive in their creative endeavors and lead fulfilling lives.
We are an online listening service for creatives, by creatives or those with a genuine interest in their own creative journey. We offer a safe and confidential space where artists, creatives or anyone with a wish to take more seriously their art practice can tell their story, feel heard, have a space to map their creative journey.
We work together to protect the element of freedom, the flow and the fizz of their creative ideas and their creative contributions to the world. We work with the framework, methods and the theories and practices of art psychotherapy to provide holistic support for mental, physical and creative emotional wellbeing. We only work online in this planet, but we sometimes do magic events in person to keep the fizz alive.
Free Flow Fizz was founded in London by Ana Cristina Bueno an artist and art psychotherapist from Colombia. She studied fashion design in Paris at the Studio Berçot and Illustration and Art Psychotherapy in London.
